Job Summary
We are seeking an Oracle Security Specialist with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Security (ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM) to join our IT Security Team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and overseeing user provisioning in Oracle FIN, SCM, HCM, and EPM. Responsibilities also include functional and technical design of roles and role modifications, access related configurations, and UI page customizations, as well as oversight of quarterly patch release analysis and regression testing.
Your Key Job Functions
- Administer/oversee users and user provisioning in Oracle FIN, SCM, HCM and EPM
- Functional/technical design of roles and role modifications
- Configure roles and role changes
- Functional/Technical design and configuration of access related configurations (Area of Responsibility, HCM Security Profiles, User Groups, Auto-provisioning Rules)
- Production and development environment security/access support
- Oversight of quarterly patch release analysis and regression testing
- Assisting with OCI team in design of access roles for IDCS/PaaS applications
- Designing and implementing security/access related page composers to modify the Oracle UI
- Design and modification of security profiles to address end user access requirements
What You Bring to the Team
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills with a commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring solutions meet or exceed expectations.
· Ability to effectively lead or collaborate with cross-functional teams. including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide team members.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with stakeholders and team members. You should be able to translate technical concepts into non-technical language and vice versa.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion application security, including modules such as Finance, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, etc.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion applications to meet security requirements and maintain security integrity
· Knowledge of security industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to Oracle Fusion applications.
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Proven experience (6+ years) as a functional or technical Oracle security specialist.
· Experience leading or participating in full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
