Sr. Manager, Reimage

Job Summary

The Sr. Manager of Reimage will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of reimaging and renovation projects within a construction environment. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all reimage projects meet company standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager will bring expertise in construction management, stakeholder communication, and leadership to drive efficiency and quality in all reimage operations.

 

Your Key Job Functions

  • Oversee and manage multiple reimage projects simultaneously, from concept through completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with company policies and procedures, building codes, and safety guidelines. 
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, contractors, and construction professionals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and ensure team alignment with company goals.
  • Provide regular financial updates to senior leadership, including cost forecasts and variance analyses.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including property owners, franchisees, and corporate leadership, to align project goals and expectations.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve reimage processes, focusing on operational efficiency, cost management, and quality enhancement.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on renovation, reimaging, or remodeling projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site construction projects.
  • Familiarity with negotiating real estate lease renewals as well as new real estate deals - direct experience is a plus. 
  • Ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving real estate and business-related problems. 
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills to ensure work gets done effectively and timely.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%. 
  • Legal, market research and/or finance experience/knowledge a plus.
  • Real Estate / Lease related functions 
  • Excellent negotiation skills
