Job Summary

Chili?s is looking for a growth-minded Communications Coordinator, Operations Services to join and help support our team to manage internal communications.

The ideal candidate has strong writing skills and a passion for clear and effective communication. You will be responsible for creating and delivering timely and relevant content across various internal communication channels to keep employees informed about company news, updates, and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for building connections and fostering a sense of community within the organization.

This person will be a team player and self-starter who is responsible for delivering communications through several different media programs to ensure Chili?s and Maggiano?s is highly relevant with its Team Members.

What You Bring to the Team

? Bachelor?s degree in communications or related field with at least 1 year of experience.

? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

? Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, such as drafting, planning, and editing content, sending meeting agendas/pre-reads, and monitoring communications inboxes each day.

? Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

? Ability to manage editorial calendars and communication schedules to ensure timely delivery of content and consistency in messaging.

? Detail & solution oriented to conduct weekly newsletter proofing.

? Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and identify areas for improvement.

? Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback related to internal communication initiatives.
