Job Summary

Chili?s needs a driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented thinker and doer to join our marketing team, and happy hours. This future ChiliHead will be at the forefront of Chili?s brand storytelling efforts as they manage the production and fulfillment of creative content across the brand including TV production, photoshoots, media extensions, the occasional cheese pull video, and all other production needs. In addition to shooting food that looks lick-the-screen good, you?ll be a key partner in managing Chili?s branding efforts. This means having a firm grasp on the look, feel and tone of Chili?s and working with creative partners to support branding asks from internal and external sources. You?ll play a key role in bringing amazing creative to life in our restaurants and beyond and will get to see your work play out in national television campaigns. This role will manage production needs and partner with some of the top creative and marketing leaders in the industry. Your day to day will entail working closely with creative teams and driving clarity for teams and partners to ensure timely delivery. You will be a crucial partner to the Advertising Director, actively managing projects, agency teams and internal partners. 

 Key Job Functions

 ? Advertising Campaigns

 ? Oversee the day-to-day process for national advertising campaigns throughout various media windows which includes brief, concept, production, content review, campaign, asset trafficking and QA 

? Partner with cross-functional marketing teams along with agencies on creation of advertising campaigns and materials that speaks to the audience and campaign objectives 

? Manage the day-to-day production needs leading up to, throughout and post campaigns, inclusive of

? Managing creative agency partner

? Manage production workflow of deliverables, timelines, schedules, and budget 

? Partnering with internal media team to execute any required deliverables for media partnership and extensions

? Partner closely with marketing leads to develop creative vision and share across channels from concept to communication. 

? Shipping of creative to internal teams and media partner

 ? Cultivate collaborative internal partnerships, influence through others, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute goals.2

 ? Set guidelines for asset management, overseeing the process for asset naming 

? Brand Consistency

? Become a Chili?s brand expert? learn the voice, look, and feel of the brand and use this knowledge to bring effortless Chili?s cool to projects like team member t-shirts, gift cards and more.

 ? Be a brand advocate? understand brand tone and creative and fulfill branding assistance requests in partnership with our creative agency. 

? Capture lifestyle and food images for cross functional teams like PR and CRM, working with top-tier food and lifestyle photographers. Work cohesively to manage preproduction, food/prop coordination, agency collaboration, and be a partner on set delivering quality and impactful feedback.

 ? Restaurant Redesign

? Support our upcoming restaurant redesign project that will revolutionize the look of the entire Chili?s restaurant fleet and have a longstanding impact on the future of our restaurants. 

? Apply the new brand look and feel across touchpoints throughout restaurants and at our restaurant support center. 

What You Bring to the Team

? Bachelor?s degree in relevant field, i.e. advertising, communications, video production or marketing 

? 3-5 years of experience with creative production, including managing all production components. 

? 5-7 years of experience if coming from the creative agency side. Background in Food & Beverage, Production, Project Management preferred

? Experience leading creative output for media activations and partnerships 

? Detail & solution oriented. A self-starter who is adept at managing multiple project timelines, schedules, and budgets 

? Experience leading agency relationships and providing priorities and clear communication 

? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate support functions
