Job Summary

Chili's is looking for a strategic and creative Media Manager to join our team to manage national brand media programs including strategy and execution to achieve brand-building and traffic-driving marketing goals. 
This person will be a collaborative, self-starter who is responsible for implementing bold ideas through media programs to ensure Chili's is highly relevant with both current and future customers. This person will also be goal-oriented and comfortable using data to inform media program decisions. 
This person will be adept at collaborating on multiple fronts: cross-functional internal teams and outside agencies. This is an opportunity to be part of an extremely collaborative, growth-oriented team who is creating cultural relevance, innovation, and brand energy for the Chili's brand. 

What You Bring to the Team

•    5-7 years of experience managing brand campaign media planning, national advertising integrated campaign development and execution.

•    Brand media experience across funnel and media channels that may include Video, Linear, CTV, Digital, Social, Experiential, OOH, Audio, and Partnerships.
•    Manage media sponsorship/partnerships in collaboration with the brand activation team.

•    Strong project management skills, process, and ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams to deliver results

•    Analytical mindset and ability to articulate relevant business impact and experience making data-driven marketing decisions to optimize campaigns.

•    Experience managing agency relationships and providing priorities and clear communication through plan review and actionable feedback

•    Adept at analyzing and measuring media programs to prove effectiveness and progress toward marketing program objectives and goals.

•    Positive cross-functional communicator. Collaborates with PR, Social, Digital, Brand, and Strategy teams.

•    Detail & solution oriented. A self-starter adept at managing multiple project timelines, schedules, and budgets.

•    Strong record of accomplishment in delivering best-in-class partnerships that overdeliver on value and impact for the brand.

•    Deep understanding of media/marketing landscape including linear, CTV/FEP, OLV, and social.

•    Energized by culture. Whether it is sports, pop, or food culture, this person will be tuned in to what is making headlines to help ensure brand relevance.
