Job Summary

The Sr. Tableau Developer will partner with Finance and Operations to provide insights from data and provide financial analysis for actual vs. plan, trend analyses, annual financial planning, and other ad-hoc financial analysis requests. They will heavily focus on measuring the results of operational initiative tests through APT Test and Learn, SQL data queries and report building using Tableau.

Your Key Job Functions

? Analyze and interpret complex data into clear actionable insights by providing effective visualizations and narratives
? Serve as the primary point of contact for analytics for Finance and Operations, ensuring efficient execution and management of all work, initiatives, and requests and alignment with key business metrics and operational goals
? Collaborate with cross functional departments within a multi-tiered corporate environment to determine strategic priorities and deliver quality analytics insights
? Lead multiple projects with various deadlines, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables
? Utilize Tableau?s advanced analytics features to build optimized dashboards
? Consult with data warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability
? Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard issues and data discrepancies quickly and accurately

What You Bring to the Team

? Required bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field
? Minimum of 5+ years of experience in developing dashboards using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud, with previous experience in Restaurant Operations being a plus
? Proven expertise using software including, but not limited to, Advanced SQL, Excel, API?s, cloud databases (AWS, Azure), scripting languages (Python, R, JavaScript), and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik)
? Certification as a Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Professional
? Proven expertise in both visualizing data and storytelling with data to create actionable reports and presentations through both quantitative analytics and business acumen skills
? Experience with financial forecasting, financial concepts, informing business strategy, data science, and statistics
? A ?self-starter? attitude that thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
? Strong communication style, both verbal and written, with experience presenting complex ideas to varying levels of familiarity, adjusting style to their experience and needs
? High organization, attention to detail, and project management skills
? Proven ability to influence and build productive and cooperative relationships with team members, stakeholders, senior leadership, and other key partners
