Senior Virtual Trainer (Bilingual - Spanish)

Job Summary
The Senior Virtual Trainer is responsible for leading a team of Virtual Trainers, ensuring best-in-class virtual training experiences while also driving execution on key projects, innovation, and operational support. This role requires a passion for coaching, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition to training facilitation, this position will support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of training programs while ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, as this role will deliver training and provide leadership support to a bilingual workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Develop a Team
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Virtual Trainers to deliver consistent, engaging, and effective virtual training in both English and Spanish.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance performance and engagement.
• Act as a point of escalation for training challenges, ensuring high-quality execution.
Facilitate Engaging Virtual Training
• Deliver highly interactive and engaging virtual training sessions via webinar platforms in both English and Spanish, ensuring inclusivity and comprehension for all participants.
• Utilize games, storytelling, and real-life scenarios to make learning impactful.
• Ensure that all new Team Members are confident, prepared, and excited after training.
Training Program Execution & Innovation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance training content and processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively recommend updates to training materials and facilitation techniques.
• Stay informed on restaurant operations, brand culture, and industry trends to keep training relevant.
Technical Expertise & Training Tools Management
• Ensure seamless execution of virtual training by managing platforms (e.g., Webinars, Smartsheet, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide real-time solutions for smooth facilitation.
• Maintain training schedules, track attendance, and compile performance reports.
Beyond Virtual Training: Ownership, Execution & Adaptability
This role extends beyond facilitating virtual training sessions-we expect a high level of accountability, organization, and problem-solving skills in key areas, including:

Qualifications & Requirements
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
• 3-5 years of restaurant industry experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Trainer or in a similar training role.
• Prior people leadership experience (leading a team or coaching peers) preferred.
• Familiarity with virtual training tools: Webinars, Smartsheet/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong ability to coach, develop, and inspire trainers and new hires.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and virtual facilitation).
• Positive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation to the RSC, as most virtual facilitation will take place on-site.
