Job Summary

The Sr. Manager of Digital Guest Analytics will have people management responsibilities in addition to being the direct analytics point of contact for the Marketing team. They will be expected to work and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments within a corporate setting to help deliver personalized marketing experiences for our Guests across various digital platforms. This person will be expected to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives, mentor and delegate tasks appropriately to direct reports, and ensure alignment from Analytics on integrated marketing campaigns.

Your Key Job Functions

? Spearhead CRM and loyalty program strategy, utilizing tools including, but not limited to, Tealium AudienceStream, GA4, and Adobe Target to develop interactive, automated reporting that is regularly monitored to provide key insights on guest experience
? Effectively be able to manage and develop direct repots, through motivating, delegating, removing roadblocks, defining priorities, ensuring professional growth and holding accountability as a people manager
? Serve as the primary point of contact with the Marketing Team, ensuring efficient execution and management of all work, initiatives, and requests across the team.
? Collaborate with cross functional departments within a multi-tiered corporate environment to design and optimize Guest journeys, deliver personalized marketing experiences across multiple digital platforms, and help refine and develop strategy by analyzing the impact and ROI of digital marketing initiatives
? Lead multiple projects with various deadlines, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables
? Analyze and interpret CRM, loyalty, and digital performance data to improve results, refine customer segmentation strategies, and provide regular updates to senior leadership
? Oversee tag management across various digital assets, ensuring proper tracking, data collection, and reporting
? Conduct digital content and UI optimization using A/B testing to enhance user experience and conversion rates
? Develop and implement AI and ML models to optimize digital performance
? Consult with other IT teams as needed for resolution and optimization of errors, code approval, and site performance management.

What You Bring to the Team

? Required bachelor?s degree and/or graduate degree in a quantitative field.
? Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, CRM Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence with a focus on Web/e-Commerce analytics.
? Collaborative attitude through proven experience as a people manager
? Proven expertise using software including, but not limited to, GA4, Tealium AudienceStream, Adobe Target, PowerUser, Google Optimize, Tableau, Tealium/Google/Adobe Tag Management, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
? Proven expertise in both visualizing data and storytelling with data to create actionable reports and presentations through both quantitative analytics and business acumen skills
? Experience with financial forecasting, financial concepts, informing business strategy, data science, and statistics.
? A ?self-starter? attitude that thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
? Strong communication style, both verbal and written, with experience presenting complex ideas to varying levels of familiarity, adjusting style to their experience and needs
? High organization, attention to detail, and project management skills
? Proven ability to influence and build productive and cooperative relationships with team members, stakeholders, senior leadership, and other key partners.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality on proprietary business information
