Job Summary

This role currently has no direct reports and will report directly to Rachel Reid, Sr Manager - Property Accounting. This is a new role and is a senior analyst role, so the work is not expected to be repetitive or routine. The role will develop as ERP reporting, integration and other initiatives evolve.

What You'll Do

Partner with IT on ERP reporting, integration and other initiatives in process
Independently complete projects requiring data analysis & business knowledge
Prepare and/or streamline monthly property reconciliation processes
Prepare monthly and annual depreciation forecasts
Liaison between Accounting and IT
Work cross-functionally to eliminate pain points and/or provide ad hoc information

What You Bring to the Team

Degree in Accounting required
Prefer 2- 3 years of accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUPs, PIVOT tables, etc.)
Attention to detail and data quality control
Proficient analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proactive in using AI-powered analytics to improve data analysis and automation
Exposure to Power BI, Oracle Fusion, retail/hospitality industry preferred.
