Job Summary

This TM will work primary as a TMR investigator for one region and work on the TMR hotlines (TMR Mailbox and TM Hotline).

What You'll Do

• -Conduct workplace investigations for one region.
• -Correspond with TMs and MGRS via the TM hotline and TM Relations Mailbox.
  • Support intake for Payroll 
• -Work as backup to our TMR Agents on the TM Hotline 
• -Work as backup to any other TMR Specialists with workplace investigations

What You Bring to the Team

• -Strong Judgment, Objectivity & Discretion in High-Volume, Fast-Paced Settings

• -Ability to collect information, identify themes/trends across cases or regions, and translate insights into action plans

• -Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building (Including Difficult Conversations)

• -Restaurant management a plus

• -Bilingual a plus
